About This Role

Lead the development of scalable, high-performance microservices that power Belfield Trust Bank's core banking infrastructure, serving millions of customers daily. You'll work at the intersection of reliability engineering and financial technology, building systems that must be fault-tolerant, secure, and blazing fast.

What You'll Do

• Design and build distributed microservices using Go, Node.js, and Python
• Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP with Kubernetes orchestration
• Lead technical design reviews and code reviews for your squad
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
• Partner with product managers to translate requirements into technical specs
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in hiring interviews
• Champion engineering best practices: testing, observability, security
• Respond to production incidents and contribute to post-mortems

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in at least two of: Go, Python, Node.js, Java
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of database design (PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong knowledge of software security principles
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

• PCI-DSS compliance knowledge

About This Role

Define the product vision and roadmap for Belfield Trust Bank's consumer banking products, from checking and savings to crypto trading features. You'll be the voice of the customer, translating complex financial needs into intuitive product experiences that delight millions of users.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned product areas
• Conduct user research, interviews, and analyze customer feedback
• Write detailed product requirements and user stories
• Work daily with engineering, design, data science, and compliance teams
• Define KPIs and track product success metrics in dashboards
• Run A/B tests to optimize user onboarding and feature adoption
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Present product strategy to executive leadership

• 4+ years of product management experience in fintech or financial services

Build and deploy machine learning models that protect our customers and improve their financial lives. You'll work on fraud detection, credit risk modeling, personalized product recommendations, and customer behavior analysis using one of the richest datasets in fintech.

What You'll Do

• Develop fraud detection models reducing false positives while catching real threats
• Build customer segmentation models to personalize product offerings
• Create credit risk scoring models for loan and card applications
• Analyze large datasets to surface actionable business insights

• 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning

About This Role

You'll interpret complex regulations, build compliance frameworks, and partner with all business units to maintain Belfield Trust Bank's exemplary regulatory standing.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and interpret federal and state banking regulations (OCC, CFPB, FDIC, BSA/AML)
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
• Conduct compliance risk assessments across business lines
• Manage regulatory examination processes and relationships
• Review new products and features for compliance implications
• Lead internal audits and ensure timely remediation of findings
• Partner with Legal on regulatory change management
• Prepare reports for senior management and the board on compliance matters

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of banking or financial services compliance experience
• Deep knowledge of federal banking laws and regulations
• Experience with BSA/AML compliance and KYC procedures
• Strong understanding of consumer protection regulations (UDAP, TILA, RESPA, CRA)
• Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to explain complex regulatory requirements clearly to non-compliance audiences
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• JD, MBA, or CAMS/CRCM certification preferred

About This Role

Design intuitive, accessible, and beautiful digital experiences for Belfield Trust Bank's web and mobile platforms. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end design process—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design system maintenance—for products used by millions of customers.

What You'll Do

• Own design for key product areas from research through to launch
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and synthesize findings
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
• Maintain and evolve the Belfield Trust Bank design system
• Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to ensure design integrity
• Conduct accessibility audits and advocate for inclusive design (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Stay current on mobile and web design trends, banking UX patterns

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience for web and mobile apps
• Expert-level Figma skills and a strong portfolio demonstrating your process
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals (ability to communicate with engineers)
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong visual design skills: typography, color, layout, motion

About This Role

Be the champion of Belfield Trust Bank's customers, ensuring they achieve their financial goals using our products. You'll proactively manage a portfolio of customers, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention are consistently high.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of 200+ Belfield Trust Bank customers with a high-touch approach
• Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs (quarterly business reviews), and onboarding sessions
• Identify expansion opportunities and work with sales to close upsells
• Track customer health scores and proactively intervene at-risk accounts
• Gather and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams
• Create training materials, webinars, and educational content for customers
• Resolve escalated customer issues with urgency and empathy
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer success, account management, or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
